Friday daytime classes will resume at Cubberley Auditorium, for the Autumn 08 quarter, on 9/12/08.

exceptional merit taught by Palo Alto’s Hedy McAdams, internationally
award-winning choreographer/teacher, with Rick Evenskaas, popular Bay Area
instructor noted for his ability to instill poise, confidence, and skill.
Curriculum includes classic line
dances ("Classics" are dances so well choreographed that they
continue to be tuaght and danced at line dance venues locally and around the
world!) as well as the best-loved couples dances at ballroom, country, latin, and zydeco venues, such as Texas
Two-Step, West Coast Swing, Night-Club Two-Step, Salsa, Waltz, and more.
Both line dances and couples
classes are presented in a precise way in an environment designed to relax
students and open them to learning the heart of each dance, rather than
mechanical techniques.

who want more challenge, attention to styling, and more intense mind/body
workout. Skill level: Advanced beginning to mid-intermediate line
dances. This section features more

to styling details. Practice between
classes is recommended.
