Thursdays in Palo Alto ~ Winter 2016 Mini-Social Series ~

All skill levels ~  a party every time!  Featuring your favorite dances taught during 2015, both classics and new dances of exceptional merit, on our wonderful dance floor (Lucie Stern Ballroom).  All skill levels, dancing together ~ dance floor will be expertly split to accommodate all, 10:30-12:30 (or until we have danced all dances!).  Playlist will be announced ahead of time with links to stepsheets and video, so that you’ll be able to practice ahead of time if you want to.  Your hosts, deejays and reviewers:  Bill, Marianne, and Etta.  Your playlist designer & sound system:  Hedy.

Registration and Cost:  $12/social (sign-in at reception desk).  Please buy your ticket before the day of the social to avoid the rush and delay at the reception desk.

Timing: Thursdays ~ 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

                    (or until we’ve completed our play list for that day!)

Note: you need not have been a registered student during any quarter to attend these dance parties!  Experienced line dancers will already know most of the dances we will do at each social.

Sec. B ~ 10:55-11:40 a.m. - Intermediate Class
Sec. C ~ 11:50 a.m.-12:35 p.m. - High-Int/Advanced Line Dance Class

Sec. D ~ Beginning & Intermediate Line Dancing ~ 10:00-11:40 a.m.
Sec. E ~ Intermediate & Advanced Line Dancing ~ 10:55 a.m. - 12:35 p.m.

Drop-In for Free!  Note new Recreation Department policy:  Drop-in is free, but limited to one time for maximum of two skill level sections; sign in with teacher.
